Roche Bobois : Rachat d'actions propres en juin 2024
Paris, le 17 juin 2024 - Roche Bobois SA a annoncé avoir procédé au rachat d'actions propres entre le 10 et le 14 juin 2024. Cette opération s'inscrit dans le cadre du programme autorisé par l'assemblée générale du 15 juin 2023.
Le volume journalier racheté et les prix moyens étaient les suivants :
Le 10 juin, 189 actions à 48,66 € chacune ; le 11 juin, 200 actions à 48,90 € ; le 12 juin, 192 actions à 48,56 € ; le 13 juin, 186 actions à 48,90 € ; et le 14 juin, 189 actions à 48,11 €. Toutes ces transactions ont eu lieu sur Euronext.
