Roche Bobois: Repurchase of own shares in June 2024
Paris, June 17, 2024 - Roche Bobois SA announced that it had repurchased its own shares between June 10 and 14, 2024. This operation is part of the program authorized by the general meeting of June 15, 2023.
The daily volume purchased and average prices were as follows:
On June 10, 189 shares at €48.66 each; on June 11, 200 shares at €48.90; on June 12, 192 shares at €48.56; on June 13, 186 shares at €48.90; and on June 14, 189 shares at €48.11. All these transactions took place on Euronext.
