Rollover Transaction Completed September 27, 2024

Vancouver, BC - Maple Leaf Critical Minerals 2023-II Enhanced Flow-Through Limited Partnership has announced the completion of its rollover transaction. On September 27, 2024, the Partnership transferred its assets to the Maple Leaf Resource Class mutual fund in exchange for Series A or Series F shares of the Resource Mutual Fund.

The final net asset value per National Class A Partnership unit was $12.17, resulting in 9.15209 Resource Mutual Fund shares per unit. For National Class F, the value was $12.63, yielding 9.49932 shares per unit. Quebec Class A units had a final value of $11.38, resulting in 8.55848 shares per unit, and Quebec Class F units were valued at $11.81, equating to 8.88319 shares per unit.

Investors should note that the deposited shares may take 2-5 days to appear in their accounts. The shares are qualified investments for various registered accounts and redeeming them will incur capital gains tax.
