Rubis: Outcomes of the Annual Shareholders' Meeting
The Annual Shareholders' Meeting of Rubis took place on 11 June 2024, chaired by Mr. Gilles Gobin. Shareholders holding 63% of the capital and voting rights approved all resolutions proposed by the Managing Partners and rejected those by Compagnie Nationale de Navigation.
Key presentations were made by Ms. Clarisse Gobin-Swiecznik and Mr. Jacques Riou highlighting the Group’s performance and strategy. Financial results were reviewed by Mr. Bruno Krief and Mr. Marc Jacquot. Additionally, Ms. Sophie Pierson outlined Rubis' sustainability strategy.
The Supervisory Board, through Mr. Nils Christian Bergene, detailed the governance and corporate officers' compensation. Statutory Auditors presented their reports. Finally, shareholders approved a 3% dividend increase to 1.98 euros per share.
New members were appointed to the Supervisory Board, enhancing its expertise and independence. The Board now comprises 12 members, with a majority being independent.
