Sadot Group Inc. Reports Third Quarter 2025 Financial Losses

On November 19, 2025, Sadot Group Inc. (Nasdaq: SDOT) announced its third-quarter financial results, revealing a net loss of $15.2 million. Despite this, strategic changes are underway at the company. Revenues for the quarter were $0.3 million, contributing to a negative EBITDA of $14.3 million and a working capital deficit of $1.5 million. A loss of $(17.42) per share was also recorded.

Operational shifts included hiring Chagay Ravid as CEO and Paul Sansom as CFO, alongside a significant investment in an Indonesian carbon project. Sadot acquired a 37.5% stake in the Special Development Group, focusing on peatland and mangrove restoration. The initiative is anticipated to yield up to 1.2 million carbon credits during its first issuance.

The company remained compliant with Nasdaq's bid price requirement and restructured its Board of Directors to reevaluate its business model amidst geopolitical and climate risks. The board will assess whether to maintain its focus on the agri-food supply chain or explore other ventures.
