Safran Announces Availability of Preliminary Documents for 2024 Annual General Meeting
Safran, the international high-technology group, has announced that the annual ordinary shareholders' meeting will take place on May 23, 2024, at the Safran Campus in Massy, France. The preliminary documents for this meeting are now available for scrutiny. The preliminary convening notice, which included the meeting's agenda and proposed resolutions, was published on March 29, 2024, in France's legal gazette.
The meeting will be broadcast live on Safran's official website, allowing shareholders worldwide to participate virtually. Shareholders can also vote through the internet via the Votaccess platform before the meeting date. Safran seeks to enhance shareholder participation by providing detailed terms of participation and accessing relevant documents either online or through their registered office.
