SAFRAN Announces February 2025 Share and Voting Rights Data
On March 12, 2025, SAFRAN released its monthly statement detailing the number of shares and voting rights as of February 28, 2025. This disclosure complies with Article L.233-8 II of the French commercial code and Article 223-16 of the AMF.
The total number of shares stood at 423,632,587. The theoretical total number of voting rights was reported as 538,078,092. The exercisable voting rights, excluding treasury shares, amounted to 529,922,965.
SAFRAN is a Société Anonyme overseen by a Board of Directors. Its share capital is valued at €84,726,517. The registered office is located at 2, Boulevard du Général Martial-Valin, Paris.
