SAFRAN Announces Share and Voting Rights Update for July 2025
On August 8, 2025, SAFRAN released a monthly update regarding its share capital and voting rights as of July 31, 2025. The company reported a total of 423,632,587 shares forming its share capital. The number of theoretical voting rights, as defined by Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulations, stands at 537,420,589. Meanwhile, the number of exercisable voting rights, after excluding treasury shares stripped of voting rights, is 532,437,163.
This disclosure complies with Article L.233-8 II of the French commercial code and Article 223-16 of the Financial Markets Authority's guidelines.
