Safran Releases Preliminary Documents for 2025 Annual General Meeting
Safran has announced the availability of preliminary documents for its Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting scheduled for May 22, 2025. The meeting will take place at Safran Campus in Massy, France, and will be broadcast live on the company’s website. A preliminary convening notice was published in the French legal gazette on March 28, 2025, containing the agenda and draft resolutions.
Shareholders can participate in person, be represented, or vote by post. Safran offers electronic voting through the Votaccess platform. Requested documents are accessible online or at Safran's registered office. Further details are available in the Notice of Meeting on Safran's website.
