Safran Reports Stock Buyback Transactions for February 2025
Safran has disclosed its share buyback activities executed between February 10 and February 14, 2025. These transactions were carried out by Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG under a discretionary mandate, ensuring that Safran did not influence trade decisions such as timing, pricing, and volume. This buyback program aligns with article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
Over the five-day period, Safran purchased a total of 46,514 shares. The daily breakdown shows purchases ranging from 5,064 to 15,600 shares per day. The average purchase price varied slightly each day, with an overall daily weighted average price of €244.9020 per share. The total expenditure for these transactions amounted to €11,391,371.63. All purchases were conducted on the Paris exchange (XPAR).
