Safran's Share Buyback Activity in Early July 2025
From July 1 to July 4, 2025, Safran executed a series of share buybacks. Conducted through Natixis, the transactions focused on reclaiming shares identified by the financial instrument code FR0000073272. This period saw significant activity across multiple markets including XPAR, CEUX, TQEX, and AQEU.
On July 1, Safran repurchased 79,996 shares at varied weighted average prices, the highest volume being 51,000 shares on XPAR at 270.8455 per share. The following day, activities resulted in a total of 40,000 shares bought, with the dominant purchase of 25,900 shares on XPAR at 266.6020 per share.
By July 3 and 4, the buyback continued at a steady pace. On July 3, Safran acquired 14,199 shares, while on July 4, 30,000 shares were purchased, the largest portion again on XPAR with 17,880 shares at 268.8777 per share.
Overall, Safran's total buyback over these four days amounted to 164,199 shares at an average price of 269.0644 per share, adhering to MAR art.5 §2. a regulations.
