Safran's Share Buyback Activity in March 2025
Safran has disclosed its recent transactions in own shares for the period from March 17 to March 21, 2025. These trades were executed by Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG under a discretionary mandate, ensuring Safran had no influence over the trading decisions.
During this period, Safran repurchased a total of 13,466 shares, with an average purchase price of €252.065. The transactions were conducted across various trading venues, notably on XPAR. The buyback operations amounted to a gross consideration of €3,394,307.29.
The series of purchases began on March 18 with 1,600 shares bought, gradually increasing to 4,790 shares by March 21. The company's shares were primarily acquired in accordance with MAR Article 5, §2, illustrating strategic financial activity.
