Safran Reports Share Capital and Voting Rights as of June 30, 2024
On July 10, 2024, Safran released its official statement regarding the number of shares that compose the company's share capital and the associated voting rights as of June 30, 2024. This disclosure is in line with Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the Financial Markets Authority's regulations.
As of June 30, 2024, the total number of shares stands at 427,260,541. The total number of theoretical voting rights is reported to be 542,468,367. When excluding treasury shares that are stripped of voting rights, the number of exercisable voting rights is 535,586,522.
Safran, a Société Anonyme with a Board of Directors, confirmed its share capital at €85,452,108. The registered office is located at 2, Boulevard du Général Martial-Valin, 75015 Paris, France, and the company is registered in Paris under no. 562 082 909.
