Saint-Gobain Completes Strategic Divestment of SFIC Belgium and Tumelero
On December 1, 2025, Saint-Gobain concluded the divestment of two significant distribution businesses: SFIC Belgium and Tumelero in Brazil. SFIC Belgium, known for its specialization in plasterboard, insulation, and ceilings, operates with 123 employees across 10 branches and achieves annual sales of approximately €75 million. This sale was finalized on November 3, 2025.
Tumelero, located in southern Brazil, is a retail chain with a network of 16 stores, a logistics center, and employs around 580 people. The business sees annual sales near €40 million. These strategic divestments align with Saint-Gobain's "Lead & Grow" plan, aimed at strengthening its business profile.
