Saint-Gobain Finalizes FOSROC Acquisition, Expands in Construction Chemicals

Saint-Gobain has completed the acquisition of FOSROC, a leader in construction chemicals, strengthening its position in the Asian and emerging markets. The acquisition follows previous purchases of Chryso, GCP, and OVNIVER, aiming to enhance Saint-Gobain's global presence. The combined sales post-acquisition are projected to reach €6.5 billion across 76 countries.

FOSROC generated $487 million in revenue in 2024, with an annual growth rate of 11% since 2021. With 20 manufacturing plants and around 3,000 employees, FOSROC offers a wide range of solutions, such as admixtures, additives, and waterproofing products. This acquisition aligns with Saint-Gobain's strategy of leading in sustainable construction globally.

FOSROC will be integrated into Saint-Gobain's High Performance Solutions segment, reinforcing its footprint in high-growth regions like India and the Middle East.
