Saint-Gobain's Upcoming Shareholders’ Meeting Details

The Compagnie de Saint-Gobain announced that its General Shareholders’ Meeting is scheduled for June 5, 2025. This event will take place at 3:00 p.m. at Salle Pleyel in Paris. The official notices, including the meeting agenda and proposed resolutions, were published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires on April 2 and April 30, 2025.

Shareholders can access pertinent documents as specified by Article R. 225-83 of the French Commercial Code. Registered shareholders may request these documents until five days prior to the meeting. Bearer shareholders need a registration certificate from their financial intermediary. Requests are accepted via email or post.
