Saint-Gobain Reports Share Buyback Transactions for Late May 2024
Saint-Gobain has released details of its share buyback transactions for the period between May 27 and May 31, 2024. These transactions were carried out under the authorization of the Annual General Meeting held on June 8, 2023, in line with Article 5 §2 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 on market abuse.
The company bought a total of 905,446 shares over this period. The average purchase price was €81.328 per share, amounting to a total expenditure of €73,638,161. Transactions were executed across various markets including XPAR, CEUX, TQEX, and AQEU.
On May 27, 77,456 shares were repurchased at an average price of €81.935, totaling €6,346,381. The highest daily volume was on May 28, with 242,841 shares bought at €82.138 per share. The lowest average price was €80.725 on May 30.
