SANHA GmbH & Co. KG, a leading manufacturer of piping systems, has been awarded Gold status by EcoVadis for the first time on September 25, 2024. This recognition places SANHA in the top 5% of companies assessed by EcoVadis over the past 12 months. EcoVadis is renowned globally for its sustainability ratings, evaluating over 130,000 companies across 220 industries in 180 countries based on international standards.
Managing Partner Bernd Kaimer highlighted that sustainability is an integral part of SANHA's corporate strategy. The company is also reviewing its financing strategy, considering various options for refinancing its 2013/2026 corporate bond, including a new corporate bond with an exchange offer.
Quirin Privatbank AG and CapSolutions GmbH have been commissioned for market sounding and a management roadshow to support the decision-making process.
