Sanofi Announces Total Number of Voting Rights and Shares for June 2024
Sanofi, a French société anonyme with a registered share capital of €2,537,214,304, has released its latest update on the total number of voting rights and shares as of June 30, 2024. This comes in compliance with article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and article 223-16 of the Règlement général de l’Autorité des Marchés Financiers.
As of the specified date, Sanofi has 1,266,362,756 issued shares. The number of real voting rights, excluding treasury shares, stands at 1,411,096,877. Theoretical voting rights, including treasury shares, amount to 1,426,430,520, as per article 223-11 of the Règlement général de l’Autorité des Marchés Financiers.
