Sarama Resources Secures Majority Stake in Cosmo Gold Project

Sarama Resources Ltd. has completed the acquisition of a majority interest in the Cosmo Gold Project, located in Western Australia. The project spans approximately 580km² and encompasses the Cosmo-Newbery Greenstone Belt, situated 85km north-east of Laverton. This area is recognized for its substantial gold potential.

The company views the Cosmo Gold Project as a significant exploration opportunity. The region's historical gold workings date back to the 1890s, but modern exploration has been limited due to past access restrictions. Sarama has commenced a comprehensive exploration program to identify new drill targets.

An 80% interest in the project was acquired from Cosmo Gold Limited. Under a joint venture, Sarama will manage exploration activities. The company retains an option to purchase the remaining interest from Cosmo within two years, upon approval from TSX Venture Exchange.
