Scandinavian Astor Group AB Boosted by New Order and Expansion Efforts

Scandinavian Astor Group AB, a company with significant stakes in the civil defense sector, has seen positive developments according to a recent research note by NuWays AG. The report reiterates a BUY recommendation, citing a new order secured by its minority stake enterprise, Nordic Shield Group (NSG), valued at SEK 256 million.

This order is a significant milestone for NSG, with expected revenue recognition beginning in Q4 2025. The order primarily involves NEZ, an NSG subsidiary, known for constructing secure data centers. Additionally, Scandiflash, another entity under the group's umbrella, has formed a cooperation agreement in the radar systems market with impact projected for Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.

The research suggests an increased target price of SEK 57.00, reflecting new business opportunities and earnings expectations. Despite the anticipated lower margins from reselling activities, the group's prospects appear promising, bolstered by strategic collaborations and robust order books.
