Scandinavian Astor Group AB Sees Strong Q3 Growth

Scandinavian Astor Group AB has reported significant growth in its preliminary Q3 results. Sales surged by 79% year-on-year, reaching SEK 79 million. This growth was bolstered by both inorganic expansion from mergers and acquisitions, particularly the consolidation of Scandiflash, and a robust organic increase.

The company's EBITDA improved sharply, rising to SEK 15 million compared to a loss of SEK 3.9 million in Q3 2024. The EBITDA margin for the quarter reached 19%, attributed to effective consolidations and rising utilization rates.

Looking forward to a traditionally stronger Q4, Astor anticipates further revenue increases and margin improvements with the expected consolidation of AMMUNITY. The company also appears well-positioned to benefit from increased European anti-drone defense budgets, notably in Germany and Sweden.
