SCBSM: Declaration of treasury share transactions
On November 17, 2025, SCBSM, a real estate company listed on Euronext Paris, released information on its recent share buyback transactions. These transactions were carried out in accordance with Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
SCBSM repurchased its own shares twice in November 2025. The first transaction took place on November 10, for a total volume of 20 shares at an average price of €9.65. The second, on November 13, involved 108 shares at an average price of €9.50. The transactions were carried out on the Euronext Paris market under the ISIN code FR0006239109.
