SCBSM: Statement on share buybacks
On October 28, 2024, SCBSM, a real estate company listed on Euronext Paris, announced the details of its recent transactions concerning its own shares. These repurchases were carried out in accordance with Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
On October 21, 2024, SCBSM repurchased a total of 224 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 8.4 per share on the XPAR market. A few days later, on October 23, 2024, 13 additional shares were acquired at the same average price on the same market.
These operations are part of a capital management strategy described by the regulations in force. SCBSM continues to follow the established protocols to ensure the transparency of its financial transactions.
