Sceptre Ventures Appoints Kevin Bottomley as New CEO

Sceptre Ventures Inc. has announced the appointment of Kevin Bottomley as its new Chief Executive Officer, President, and director, effective January 27, 2025. Mr. Bottomley succeeds Mike Hodge, who has stepped down from his roles but will continue serving on the board of directors. The company also acknowledged the resignation of director Sean Charland.

Kevin Bottomley brings substantial experience in capital markets with a focus on public venture capital. He is the founder of Corvidian Capital Inc. and holds key roles at Zimtu Capital Corp. and V Ten Capital Corp. Notably, he has facilitated raising over $150 million for ventures and maintains a strong network of investors globally.

Mr. Bottomley expressed gratitude towards Mike Hodge for the opportunity and looks forward to updating shareholders on the company's future strategy. Sceptre Ventures, a Capital Pool Company, is focused on identifying businesses for a Qualifying Transaction under TSX Venture Exchange policies.
