Schaeffler Appoints New Head of Investor Relations

Schaeffler AG has announced significant leadership changes from June 1, 2024. Heiko Eber, previously Head of Investor Relations (IR) at Vitesco Technologies Group AG, will now lead Investor Relations at Schaeffler AG. Concurrently, Renata Casaro, former Head of IR at Schaeffler, will head the new Global Risk & Macroeconomic Analysis unit.

Eber, who joined Continental in 2011 and later moved to Vitesco Technologies in 2021, will report to Group CFO Claus Bauer. Casaro, with Schaeffler since 2017, will report to Group CEO Klaus Rosenfeld in her new role.

These changes come as Schaeffler and Vitesco Technologies prepare for a planned merger expected to become effective by the fourth quarter of this year. The leadership restructuring aims to enhance Schaeffler’s investor relations and macroeconomic analysis capabilities amid the complex economic environment.
