Schweizer Electronic AG Announces Executive Board Expansion with New CTO
Schweizer Electronic AG, a pioneering technology company, has expanded its Executive Board by appointing Thomas Gottwald as the new Chief Technology Officer (CTO), effective from 1 May 2024. Announced on 23 April 2024, Gottwald's appointment is part of a strategic move to bolster the company's technological leadership.
Thomas Gottwald, a veteran at Schweizer Electronic AG, has served the company for over three decades. His contributions have been integral, particularly in developing the innovative p² Pack embedding technology. Gottwald, who started his career in 1991, has held several key positions, recently serving as Vice President of Technology, responsible for Innovations, Product Management, IP-Management, and Front End operations.
Dr. Stefan Krauss, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, expressed confidence in Gottwald's leadership capabilities and his role in enhancing the technological edge of the Executive Board.
