Semperit: Manfred Stanek Appointed New CEO
The Supervisory Board of Semperit AG Holding has announced the appointment of Manfred Stanek as the new CEO. Effective 1 April 2025, Stanek will succeed Karl Haider. His mandate will run until 29 February 2028.
Cord Prinzhorn, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, expressed confidence in Stanek's industry expertise and international experience. Prinzhorn acknowledged Haider's decision to step down and expressed optimism about Stanek further expanding Semperit's market position.
Stanek, formerly with Greiner AG, brings over 25 years of international experience from firms like Votorantim Metais and Novelis. He aims to leverage Semperit's strong foundation to realize the company’s full potential.
