Sendero Resources Forms Special Committee for Strategic Review
Sendero Resources Corp. (TSXV:SEND) announced the creation of an Independent Committee comprised of the company’s independent directors. This committee will explore potential strategic alternatives to maximize value for shareholders and other stakeholders.
