Sensorion at the World Congress of Audiology 2024 in Paris
Hearing loss biotechnology company Sensorion will participate in the 36th World Congress of Audiology (WCA) in Paris from September 19-22, 2024. Sensorion will host a symposium entitled “Are we on the verge of a hearing loss revolution?” on September 20 at 12:30 CET, led by Professor Natalie Loundon.
The symposium will consist of three sessions. The first, hosted by Professors Yann Nguyen and Stephen O'Leary, will focus on advances in hearing preservation related to cisplatin-induced ototoxicity and cochlear implantation. The second session, presented by Professor Catherine Birman, will address gene therapy for congenital hearing disorders. The final session, hosted by Professor Natalie Loundon, will address the future of new hearing therapies and will include a question and answer session.
