Sentinel Net Lease Secures Two New Tenants at Bannockburn Corporate Center

On October 7, 2024, Sentinel Net Lease announced two new significant leases at Bannockburn Corporate Center, located at 3000 Lakeside Drive. This development emphasizes the center's status as a prime suburban office choice in the Chicago area.

AON, a renowned global professional services firm, will occupy approximately 40,000 square feet of the space left by Donlen. The move is slated for December 2024. Additionally, engineering firm Baxter Woodman has leased 4,768 square feet, planning to occupy the space by year-end.

These leases demonstrate the increasing appeal of suburban office locales, offering modern amenities, ease of access, and cost-efficiency. The trend sees businesses reassessing office layouts post-pandemic, combining flexibility and proximity to urban centers.
