SERES Achieves Significant Profit Growth and "A+H" Listing Milestone

On October 30, 2025, SERES revealed its financial accomplishments for the third quarter of the year. The company reported a revenue of 110.534 billion RMB with a net profit of 5.312 billion RMB, marking a substantial year-on-year growth of 31.56%. This positions SERES as a key player in the luxury New Energy Vehicle (NEV) sector.

The AITO product line has expanded significantly, with the AITO M9 setting a delivery milestone in the 500,000 RMB vehicle segment. Diverse models like the AITO M5 Ultra, AITO M9, family-focused AITO M8, and new AITO M7 have collectively achieved over 800,000 deliveries. The AITO M9 alone has accounted for more than 250,000 units within 21 months, while the AITO M8 has led sales in its segment for four months.

Sustaining its market success, SERES is increasingly recognized for its technological innovation. The firm committed to a software-driven approach, enhancing products with advanced technologies like the SERES MF Technology Platform and Super Range Extender. With this strategy, SERES has secured the "2024 Golden Bull Most Valuable Investment Award" and climbed to 190th in China's Top 500 Enterprises list. The company is set to become the first luxury NEV maker with listings in both mainland China and Hong Kong.
