SFC Energy AG Secures Contract with ConnectCom Sarl for Emergency Power Solutions in Luxembourg
SFC Energy AG, a prominent supplier of hybrid power solutions, has announced a new contract with ConnectCom Sarl to provide hydrogen fuel cell technologies for emergency power systems in Luxembourg's public safety sector. This collaboration will involve the supply of both stationary and mobile hydrogen fuel cell units, intended to enhance the reliability of emergency power systems. The delivery of these units is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2024.
The contract includes the deployement of SFC Energy’s EFOY H2Cabinet X series and the newly-launched H2Genset as mobile power suppliers. These units are designed to maintain critical power supplies for up to 72 hours during outages, primarily serving the public safety sector. This strategic alliance aims to bolster the resilience of communication and energy networks in Luxembourg.
Claude Dupont, Managing Director at ConnectCom, highlighted the importance of reliable communication systems in emergency situations and expressed confidence in SFC Energy's low-maintenance, environmentally conscious technologies.
