SG 29 Haussmann crosses a strategic threshold at Société Générale
On November 8, 2024, SG 29 Haussmann officially declared that it had crossed downwards the threshold of 15% of voting rights in Société Générale. This adjustment was made on November 5, 2024, through a sale of shares on the market.
SG 29 Haussmann, an entity controlled by Société Générale but acting independently according to the articles of the French Commercial Code, stated that it holds 75,840,321 shares of Société Générale. These shares represent 132,921,180 voting rights, equivalent to 9.48% of the capital and 14.99% of the voting rights of the company.
The calculation basis is based on a total capital of 800,316,777 shares, corresponding to 886,278,991 voting rights.
