Share buybacks by Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie
Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie has announced the completion of several share buybacks in accordance with Article 5 of the MAR Regulation. The buybacks were spread over the week of January 13 to 17, 2025. The transactions were processed on the XPAR market.
The volume of shares repurchased varied daily, reaching a peak of 2,693 shares on January 17. The average acquisition price was between 18.586 and 18.678 euros. The objective of the repurchases is the cancellation of shares.
Kepler Cheuvreux SA acted as intermediary for all transactions. The transactions involved different quantities each day, with notable transactions on 15 January, when 1,562 shares were acquired at a unit price of 18.65 euros.
