Share buybacks by Econocom Group

As part of the authorized share buybacks, Econocom Group SE carried out several transactions between September 16 and September 22, 2024. These transactions were carried out in accordance with the resolutions of the General Meeting of Shareholders of November 30, 2021.

The purchases were staggered as follows: on September 16, Econocom acquired 497 shares at an average price of €2.025. Over the following days, similar transactions took place, with a maximum of 8,001 shares purchased on September 18 at a price of €2.015 per share.
