Share buybacks by Econocom Group
From July 29 to August 25, 2024, Econocom Group SE carried out several share buybacks, in accordance with the authorization of the General Meeting of November 30, 2021. These transactions took place on the Econocom Group share on the stock market.
A total of 352,479 shares were purchased during this period. The total number of shares held by Econocom Group now stands at 7,647,360, representing 4.27% of the company's issued securities.
