Share buybacks by Econocom Group

Between November 18 and 24, 2024, Econocom Group SE carried out several share buyback operations, in accordance with the authorizations given by the General Meeting of November 30, 2021. During this period, 39,954 shares were repurchased on the stock market, at an average price varying depending on the day between €2.024 and €2.049 per share.

These buybacks bring Econocom Group's total holdings to 11,214,207 shares, representing 6.26% of the 179,045,899 shares issued by the company. The company regularly publishes its press releases on its dedicated website, in the section devoted to share buybacks.
