Shelly Enhances Management to Boost Growth and Internationalization

Shelly Group AD, a prominent provider of IoT and smart building solutions, has announced a significant optimization of its management structure. Wolfgang Kirsch, previously holding a dual role, will now focus exclusively on strategic corporate development, capital market communication, and operational excellence.

Karsten Sommer, a renowned industry expert, has been appointed as the new Managing Director of Shelly DACH GmbH. With over 30 years of experience in international retail, Sommer will oversee business operations and the strategic expansion of sales structures.

This reorganization aims to enhance the company's growth and international reach, leveraging Sommer's extensive experience. He will report directly to Co-CEO Kirsch, ensuring a focused approach to Shelly Group's largest region.
