Shelly Group AD Shares Now Tradable on XETRA
As of April 25, 2024, Shelly Group AD has announced its shares are eligible for trading on XETRA starting April 29, 2024. This marks a significant milestone for the Company as it becomes the first Bulgarian company to enter this platform. Initially listed in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, the transition to XETRA is expected to enhance liquidity and expand its investor base.
Shelly Group, known for its trading under ticker symbol SLYG and ISIN BG1100003166, has been a part of the Regulated Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since November 2021 and the Bulgarian Stock Exchange since December 2016. Baader Bank AG supports this new phase as the Designated Sponsor.
