Shelly Group Reports 43% Increase in Sales Revenues for FY 2024
Shelly Group SE has announced a preliminary increase in consolidated sales revenues of around 43% for the financial year 2024. The total revenues reach approximately EUR 107 million, slightly surpassing the initial forecast of EUR 105 million.
In the fourth quarter of 2024, Shelly Group introduced changes in the terms and conditions with key accounts, offering volume-based bonuses. These bonuses are acknowledged as a reduction in sales revenues. On a comparable basis, the growth is estimated at 45% to around EUR 109 million.
The Company confirms its EBIT forecast for 2024 and maintains its revenue target of EUR 200 million for 2026. The official announcement of unaudited financial results for FY 2024 is scheduled for February 24, 2025.
