Shelly Group SE Extends Co-CEOs' Tenure

The Board of Directors of Shelly Group SE has announced the early extension of Co-CEOs Dimitar Dimitrov and Wolfgang Kirsch. Initially set to conclude at the end of 2025, Dimitrov's tenure has been extended by five years, while Kirsch's term is extended by three years at his request. These extensions aim to sustain the leadership that has been pivotal to the company's recent success.

Chairman Christoph Vilanek expressed confidence in Dimitrov and Kirsch's continued leadership, highlighting their significant contributions to Shelly Group's growth. Vilanek cited the duo's roles as essential to the company's progression and innovation in the IoT sector.
