Showroomprivé appoints two new directors

Showroomprivé, the European flash sales specialist, has announced the appointment of Rachel Marouani and Albin Jacquemont as independent directors. Their appointment strengthens the Board of Directors as the group continues its reorganization.

Rachel Marouani, former executive at LVMH and current President of AFFLELOU, succeeds Cyril Vermeulen. She brings extensive experience in retail, luxury goods, and e-commerce. Albin Jacquemont, CFO of Soitec, replaces Olivier Marcheteau. He is recognized for his financial expertise acquired at Darty and Carrefour.

These appointments support Showroomprivé's strategic transformation and adaptation to a changing environment. The general meeting will need to ratify these decisions. David Dayan, CEO, praised the strategic and operational contributions of these two new members.
