Change in Siegfried's Executive Committee

Siegfried AG, a prominent global CDMO for the pharmaceutical sector, announces an alteration within its Executive Committee. Peter Freisler will assume the role of Chief Business Officer, effective August 1, 2025, succeeding Marianne Späne. Späne, who joined Siegfried in 2004 and became a committee member in 2010, will step down on July 31, 2025, to pursue non-executive roles.

Peter transitions from Evonik, where he served as Global Vice President Sales and Services, Health Care. He brings extensive business development experience. Marianne Späne will assist in the transition until year-end and join DINAMIQS' Board of Directors in 2026.

Siegfried's CEO, Marcel Imwinkelried, praised Späne's contributions and expressed confidence in Freisler's ability to drive growth and strategy execution under the EVOLVE+ plan.
