Significant participation of Boè AcquiCo GmbH in clearvise AG
Clearvise AG today announced an important announcement regarding its shareholder structure. Boè AcquiCo GmbH, an entity part of EQT Active Core Infrastructure Fund, now owns more than 25% of the shares of clearvise AG. This acquisition of shares includes shares directly owned by Boè AcquiCo GmbH as well as others held by Tion Renewables AG, a company controlled by Boè AcquiCo GmbH, and therefore allocated to it.
The expected presence at the Annual General Meeting, based on the 2023 attendance of approximately 46%, could enable Boè AcquiCo GmbH to exercise the majority of voting rights at future general meetings of clearvise AG. This development marks an important step in the shareholder structure of clearvise AG.
