Silver Spruce Announces Extension for Closing of Second Tranche of Private Placement
Silver Spruce Resources Inc. (TSXV:SSE) has announced that the TSX Venture Exchange has granted an extension for closing the second tranche of its private placement of units. Initially announced on April 9 and May 14, 2024, the closing is now required to be completed by June 14, 2024. However, the company expects to close before the new deadline.
All securities issued as part of this private placement will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day from issuance. The private placement remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
