Silvio Hutterli elected to the Board of Directors of Banque Cler

At the Extraordinary General Meeting of July 15, 2024, Silvio Hutterli was elected member of the Board of Directors of Bank Cler. He will also chair the Audit Committee, succeeding Cornelia Gehrig who left her position at the end of June 2024. Silvio Hutterli brings extensive experience in the financial sector from his various previous roles.

In addition, Cornelia Gehrig is leaving her position to focus on international industrial mandates. Furthermore, Maya Salzmann and Christian Wunderlin will not stand for re-election to the Board at the next General Assembly in 2025.
