Sixt Reports 20th Consecutive Record Quarter with Revenue Surpassing Two Billion Euros
Sixt Aktiengesellschaft has announced a significant milestone, achieving its 20th consecutive record quarter. In the first half of 2026, Sixt recorded revenue of EUR 2.12 billion, marking a currency-adjusted growth of 11.3%. This growth was realized across all regions, with Germany, Europe, and North America experiencing increases of 10.2%, 14.7%, and 8.3%, respectively.
Despite a challenging market environment, Sixt maintained a conservative approach to fleet expansion, enhancing vehicle utilization and optimizing operational control. The company's premium fleet saw an increase, with an additional 25,000 premium vehicles introduced. Moreover, Sixt expanded its premium network to over 2,300 branches globally.
Dr. Franz Weinberger, CFO, highlighted the company's financial robustness, with equity rising by 9% and the recent EUR 500 million bond being heavily oversubscribed. The full-year guidance anticipates revenue between EUR 4.45 and 4.60 billion with an EBT margin of around 10%.
