Sky Gold Corp. Strengthens Leadership Team with New Appointments

Sky Gold Corp. has announced key additions to its Board of Directors and Advisory Board. Ms. Danae Voormeij, an experienced exploration geologist, joins the Board of Directors. Voormeij has over two decades of experience in exploring gold and copper across several continents, including a significant discovery in Liberia for Hummingbird Resources.

Mr. John Duncan, with nearly forty years in mineral exploration, joins the Advisory Board. Duncan's expertise spans precious and base metals, with extensive work throughout the Americas. His associations with Rio Tinto Borates and KGHM Robinson Mine bolster his credentials.

These new additions as the company focuses on its Evening Star gold project in Nevada. Concurrently, Aaron McBreairty has resigned from the Board. The company thanks him for his service. Sky Gold has also issued 1,600,000 options at $0.05 to its team under its stock option plan.
