Snowline Gold Reports 2025 AGM Outcomes
Snowline Gold Corp. announced the results of its Annual General Meeting held on August 12, 2025. A total of 89,992,054 common shares were voted, marking 51.6% of the total issued shares. Shareholders supported all proposals from the company.
Directors Craig Hart, Scott Berdahl, Calum Morrison, Sarah Weber, Gilbert Lawson were re-elected, and Rob Doyle was newly appointed. Crowe MacKay LLP was re-appointed as auditors for the coming year. The company's Omnibus Incentive Plan received re-approval, and new articles were adopted.
Additionally, Snowline granted 15,000 Deferred Share Units (DSUs) to a director, becoming payable once they cease their directorial role.
